Delight your every sense in a beautifully crafted menu, where each component is made from scratch using an international selection of high-end imported ingredients combined with local produce from the region. From our famous burrata infused with Margaret River truffle honey to an intoxicating ragu, expect familiar recipes with Australian flair. 

Our interior has been designed with elegant yet rustic features, with an open kitchen offering lively scenes of our chefs at work, warm exposed brick walls, refreshing greenery and a small rooftop bar to enjoy a cocktail or two in Perth’s fresh air. 

Tucked away on Railway Road in Subiaco, just around the corner from The Regal Theatre, we invite you to join us for pre-show drinks and dinner, intimate date nights or to book a function for those extra special occasions.

Caleb Azuka

After working with world renowned michelin star chefs at highly decorated restaurants in both Europe and USA, Chef Caleb Azuka touched down in Western Australia to bring first-class Italian fine dining to the people of Perth. Born in Africa and raised in Bologna, Italy, Caleb’s dishes are rooted in traditional Italian cooking, splashed with modern and innovative twists that speak of his worldly adventures.

Caleb has dedicated himself to the craft of culinary and flavour exploration. He wants his guests to taste food in a new prespective. To eat not just to fill your stomach, but to let your senses take you on a culinary journey.
